The martial arts drama moves to HBO Max.

HBO Max has picked up Warrior for a third season, the streaming service announced today. The good news comes four months after the martial arts crime drama wrapped its sophomore run.
The series aired its first two seasons on Cinemax, which last year stated that they would be getting out of the original programming business. The move to the streaming service will give the story at least one more chapter to tell.
Based on an original concept by martial arts legend Bruce Lee, Warrior follows Ah Sahm, a young martial arts prodigy in the 1870s who immigrates to San Francisco from China under mysterious circumstances after the Civil War. Once there, he becomes a hatchet man for one of Chinatown's most powerful and feared organized crime families.
The first two seasons of Warrior are now available to stream on HBO Max.

We'll have to wait and see to find out if all pertinent actors can return or if some will now be busy with other projects.
I liked this series and look forward to Season 3.
