FX announced today that What We Do in the Shadows has been picked up for a fourth season. The good news comes three weeks ahead of the comedy's Season 3 premiere, which is scheduled for September 2.
Shot in a documentary-style format, the half-hour series follows four vampires who have lived together for hundreds of years in Staten Island, New York. When they get an unexpected visit from their dark lord and leader, they are reminded of their century-old mission to achieve total domination of the New World.
Look for Season 4 of What We Do in the Shadows in 2022.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this show. I was watching it one day and my husband came in the room. I thought he was going to make me turn the show off to something else because he really doesn’t like stuff like this. Well now he is hooked! Every time we rewatch the episodes we catch on to something that we unintentionally missed. It is such a great show. I swear we have seen every episode at least 15 times and I would rewatch them 1000 more if I had to. Good for the actors (which are not big A-list actors, the main cast at least). I am happy for everyone! Finally a show on tv that is not reality and brings us some well thought out comedic fun and laughs.

it is as fun as the movie it came from. I love this show. There was even a new zealand tv show which was about two characters from the movie.it did not last though. This one did it right.

For a second, I panicked and thought I had somehow missed season 3. For fans of the movie and show, Wellington Paranormal is another spin-off that is crazy funny. It airs on the CW, but you can watch on HBO Max.
