The cable comedy will continue in 2022.

TruTV announced today that Tacoma FD has been picked up for Season 4. The good news comes midway through the comedy's third season, which is currently airing new episodes on Thursday nights.
Set in the rainy city of Tacoma, Washington, the half-hour series follows the crew of a firehall with few fires to tend to, and therefore must find ways to entertain themselves. Whether its crazy competitions, first-responder rivalries, or the random weird emergency call, they are never short on shenanigans.
Look for Season 4 of Tacoma FD in 2022.

I've been a firefighter/medic for 45 years, and I look forward to the show coming back! Some of it hits home. My favorite was the press conference with the sign language lady and the sex toy factory fire. Definitely a must see! Hurry back!

My guy is a retired fireman and we both love this show. Funny and out there with the team from Super Troopers, Kevin and Steve. Still talk about the rescue clip where Jeff Durham and his dummy need CPR and they have to give mouth to mouth to the dummy first. So glad to hear about season 4 and we also miss the Talkoma companion show with outtakes and behind the scene stories…like the back story on Penisi’s bidet affection. Highly recommend.

@Steve S.
There are plenty episodes where they are out on calls to the public, helping them with the crazy situations they find themselves in, both fire related and not so much fire related. The full moon episode is amazingly funny. You'll see what I mean.

Thanks for the people here alerting me this was good! I never watch anything on truTV. But I just watched the first few episodes of season 2 (after accidentally watching extras) and it's funny. When I saw the description (before anything else) I immediately thought of Reno 911 - which obviously was the inspiration. All I've seen so far is largely at the fire station so I hope this was because of covid restrictions? They need to interact with the public which could be the best part.

I don't watch many American comedies but this one is extremely funny. Glad to see they will be making more episodes. I would love to see more Broken Lizard actors appear in the future.

20+ years as a Firefighter/Medic am certainly enjoying these!!!!
Some of the shenanigans are a bit outlandish, BUT some of them REALLY do happen, hehe.

Fantastic! Like the other Chris said, this is also at the top of my list. Kind of wish they would bring back Talkoma FD as well.
And, OMG, Hassie. More of her is not a bad thing.
