It is being reported that TruTV has cancelled Tacoma FD after four seasons. The news comes four months after the comedy wrapped its now-final season, with its two episodes that aired back on October 5 now serving as the series ender.
Set in the rainy city of Tacoma, Washington, the half-hour series follows the crew of a firehall with few fires to tend to, and therefore must find ways to entertain themselves. Whether its crazy competitions, first-responder rivalries, or the random weird emergency call, they are never short on shenanigans.

I liked this show, it was funny and had some great moments. A lot better than most comedy shows these days.

TruTV is a victim of it's own terrible decisions. This show was super popular for TruTV in spite of who the f goes to TruTV for great shows or even knows how to find TruTV. But they make cancellation decisions like they think they are NBC. They should sell their good shows to Netflix or Amazon.

Fred: Netflix just bought the rights to season 1-4 of Tacoma FD. HBO Max bought the rights to Impractical Jokers.
All I was saying is Netflix or HBO Max should buy the rights to new seasons of Tacoma FD, because they already bought the rights to old seasons of it.

Might as well change the name from Trutv to IJTV, I will miss this show.
