Starz announced today that Hightown has been picked up for a third season. The good news comes two months after the drama wrapped its sophomore run, which continued to garner healthy viewership and favorable reviews.

The series follows a National Marine Fisheries Services Officer in Cape Cod whose carefree, booze-addled life is upended when she discovers a dead body on the beach during a holiday weekend. This thrusts her into the center of a perilous opioid ring investigation, which she sets out to solve on her own amidst her personal journey to sobriety.
