A medical drama following staff and patients at Hope-Zion Hospital.
Charlie Harris, the charismatic Chief of Surgery at Hope-Zion Hospital, has ended up in a coma and consequently left the facility in chaos. His fiancee and fellow doctor, Alex, must work with star surgeon Joel to save the chief's life.
As Alex and her fellow doctors work tirelessly to save Harris' life, the comatose chief explores the halls of the hospital in spirit form, unsure of whether he is a ghost or just imagining things.

WHEN WILL N.B.C. EVER LEARN THAT IF YOU WANT TO PULL THE PLUG ON TV SHOWS THAT PEOPLE REALLY ENJOY WATCHING YOU[NBC] WILL LEAVE THE GOOD SHOWS ON & TAKE THE C.R.A.P.P.Y ONES OFF INSTEAD! i cannot believe they cancelled this amazing show for stupid reality tv shows. if i wanted to watch fake people and reality tv shows i would watch Jersey Shore. this show was a cliff hanger and i loved that! not to mention and sexy ass cast (Daniel Gillies)!!! such a shame they cancelled it:(

Seriously??? So many series have been cancelled to make room for stupid reality shows, music shows, dancing shows and sports. Not everybody wants to watch fake people get off a fake island or stars past their prime dancing (and falling). Who cares which bachelor (or bachelorette)gets picked. Quit insulting our intelligence and trying to make even more money off us with the mindless crap that stations keep trying to ram down our throats Put some good drama back on what we pay for. Man, this pisses me off.

Saving hope is one of the best shows on TV. Why would you cancell a show so moving, funny, and full of excellent script writing after only one season ! We love the cast, the story line, and it is full of so many different directions that it can go. It is a gold mine for television writers because you can still do so much with it...Don't give this show to Canada only..we want to see it in the US too...

Of course the network is cancelling it. It isn't another childish reality show showing who's downing who and sleeping with who. All that will be left is reruns and reality shows. Come on, how many talent shows do we need!

here we go again another show canceled with two shows left to air. With the doctor being in a coma for the whole year and after a long season of not knowing his fate he opens his eyes and BAM they cancel the shows two remaining shows. I am a retired american living in the Philippines, so I can not visit NBC.com to watch tht remaining shows on the internet.
I wish all upper management at NBC to be fired. We the people are tired of network big wigs messing with us. You do not pull a show with two shows left. it is mind bogeling. Down with those idiots that screw with my tv shows.

why should people put on a new tv show if it is going 2 be cancled after the first season? almost every show my family tries to watch gets cancelled so what's the point of even trying? soon their won't be anything left but old re-runs of shows no-one likes
