A legal drama following a defense lawyer with a chaotic life.
Keegan Deane is a criminal defense lawyer whose life is a bit of a mess. His ex-wife thinks he's unreliable, judges call him an outrage, the IRS knows him as a defendant, and his colleagues think he can be a general pain in the ass.
On the bright side, he is also brilliant, charming, and possesses a lack of discretion that helps him land cases nobody else wants.

Please DO NOT CANCEL this show. Greg Kinnear is so brilliant in his character. This show is hilarious, intelligent, suspenseful, and just so damn entertaining. It's such a refreshing change and FOX did NOT allow it time to develop a following. Pick a day and time and STICK with it. Let there be time for an audience to build. This is an intelligent show, a true gem. Find a way!!!

RAKE is the BEST !! I am guilty of having to watch it Cable-ON DEMAND and not during it's timeslots due to work.
Remember..there was a little show called "Cheers" that started slow, close to extinction, only to prove to everyone eventually as an all-time great Comedy TV Show. RAKE had that same caliber...Greg Kinnear is great in this role.

Really love this show please don't cancel the only comment I have and might sound like a prude is that I didn't like the ending seeing Scarlet & Keegan in bed . I know he sleeps around but with her?? Didn't sit right , we know he can be slimey pig but don't make him that slimey, best friends wife is a little much borders on me disliking him

Loved Rake! The shows characters were just starting to evolve. It takes a while for some shows to build that comeradere. You are missing out on something special! I too am sick of the reality shows and crime shows. This show had humor, besides, I want to see if Keegan had some hidden morals somewhere......BRING IT BACK,,,,

RAKE was the first new show on Network tv that had me hooked. The show was hilarious. Advertise it more, bring it back, people will become fans. If this show doesn't get put back on, I will be severely disappointed.

Rake was a terrific show in so many ways. Can't believe they are cancelling. Sick of all the reality shows and stupid sitcoms.

this is the best new show this season and yet it is being cancelled? What is wrong with you guys? We are so tired of all the reality TV garbage and finally FOX puts together a great show then cancels it. Everyone knows it takes a couple of seasons for people to tune in mainly because they are not aware of the show, not because it isn't any good. PLEASE just do more advertising and let the show continue!
