A drama following the crew of a Naval ship who find themselves among the few remaining survivors of a global pandemic.

Now they must face their new reality as some of the few remaining survivors and fight to save humanity from a deadly virus.

I'm still meandering my way through the last season of this show. I totally agree with David. Episode 5 is so out of character with the entire series. It's almost like writers who have never watched the series before, wrote this episode. It's really a shame when good series end so poorly. It tarnishes the brand. Plus, Chandler has put on about 30 pounds of weight. If you're still getting paid to be an actor you need to look the part. A grand disappointment.

I didn't like how they "concluded" the show. It should have gone into more detail about what happened to the other surviving crew after the James went down. What their lives were like after the James. TNT blew it.

Oh man.... just watched S05 E05... they've completely lost it .
The entire episode is disjointed in time and place, there's this fire-fight which keeps switch back n' forth with Chandler and a family arguement with his daughter, with heavy metal music in the background.....WTF .... Remember his children, we didn't even see them in S04, while he had a breakdown in the Med.
You can tell they got the B team of writers in for the S05.
So many great shows and so many last season ... I can't give a F.... from the writers and producers.

Its a shame, its the best show on tv, , great actors and action

Wow! My husband and I can't get enough of this show. So much happens all the time. We love the characters and how there is a united front. Action packed and exciting.

Totally disappointed with the Season 5 premier. Looks like The Last Ship's last season!
