A medical drama following a chaotic emergency room in Los Angeles.
Inspired by an award-winning documentary, this medical drama takes place in the busiest emergency room in the country, where Code Black situations - when there are more patients than personnel or resources to treat them all - occur an alarming 300 days a year.
The outstanding staff of this notoriously overcrowded and understaffed ER work to protect their patients and their ideals by confronting a challenged system that pushes them to their limits.

Please don’t cancel this show! The acting is amazing and the story lines are really well written. I can’t believe all the junk that you leave on the air and then get rid of the good shows. Please reconsider your decision to cancel this show.

Don't cancel this show! Take one of the stupid 'reality' shows off; they have nothing to do with 'real' anyway! Code Black should be a keeper!

Do not cancel this show forever! After a rough beginning it has steadily improved, and the cast is top rate. The best thing about it is that is NOT a Dick Wolf smarmy pap carbon copy

I love this show and will miss it. That being said, as a nurse I was able to see many things that would never happen in the day and age. Still I love the show and wish someone would pick it up.

Please bring this show back! ! This is a great show and deserves better. Maybe Netflix will save it, please.
