An action drama following a team out to stop a time-traveling criminal from destroying America.
After a mysterious criminal steals a secret time machine with the intent of changing the past to destroy America, the future of humanity lies in the balance. To deal with the threat, a handpicked team is formed consisting of a scientist, a soldier, and a history professor, who use a prototype of the machine to travel back to critical points in time.
The mission won't be easy, as the team must must be careful not to let their actions adversely affect the past, while also staying one step ahead of the dangerous fugitive in order to put a stop to his path of destruction before time runs out.

Rumor has it this show is facing the chopping block once again. I haven't watched the season finale yet for that very reason. I really hope they don't cancel it. It's a great show with a fantastic cast. Not sure why more people aren't tuning in regularly.

Yes! Please renew, that's one crazy cliff hanger plus there's just so many more timelines to explore and the possibilities are endless with this show. Love it!

NBC, For years I have not watched your network for poor programming choices and then you bring us Timeless. This is one of my favorite shows! I love the history, the concept of time travel, the mystery and the chemistry of all the characters. I have become emotionally invested in all of them and especially after the 2 hour ending. Please tell me that you are renewing Timeless for Season 3 (and a full season). If not, I will give up on NBC for good!

NBC: Do the right thing-renew Timeless for season 3 (and 4, and 5, etc.). What great storytelling, character development, and a great way to learn history while being thoroughly entertained! Ugly seriously screwed up a few years back when you canceled another time-travel series, ‘Journeyman’, and I have not forgiven you even still. But not renewing Timeless will be a fatal mistake, as I will forego watching NBC in its entirety if that happens.
