Tray is an ex-con who, upon his release from prison for good behavior, is shocked at the changes the world has gone through since he was on the inside.

Not only has his Brooklyn neighborhood been gentrified, but his former girlfriend is now married to a successful man who is helping to raise the twins he never knew he had.

Not having any money to support himself or his children, Tray reverts to the skills he picked up while incarcerated in order to make ends meet while trying to acclimate to his new reality.
