A drama following the newly promoted police captain of East New York and her diverse team of officers.
Regina Haywood is the newly promoted deputy inspector of East New York, a working-class neighborhood of Brooklyn. She leads a diverse group of officers and detectives, some of whom are reluctant to utilize her creative methods of law enforcement during the midst of social upheaval and the early seeds of gentrification.

Hmmm. Not too late for CBS to reconsider bringing this show back. I thought the network gave its new shows at least 2 seasons. This show is a “feel good” kind of show about policing. With the current mistrust in policing policies this show makes sense…

I was stunned to find out that a decision was made to cancel East New York after one season. This is clearly one of the best police procedural shows I have ever seen and I have watched many over the years. The quality of each and every member of the cast, headed by the amazing Amanda Warren, is almost too good to be true! I am sure that this level of production is costly, but SO worth it! Hoping that CBS and Warner Bros. can come to an agreement. Even with being placed after the CBS Sunday night football schedule, they did well in the ratings! Please reconsider!! Thank you!

WHAT??? what is CBS thinking?? Meanwhile the same sh**t SVU is on for years..and other crap. This show is really good..I love all the characters...come on CVS..I hope it gets picked up by Paramount or something...this really sux!

It seems like every show I like gets canceled. This show is so good. It is perfectly cast. I don’t get it. I sure hope some other channel picks it up.
