CBS announced today that comedy Mike & Molly has been renewed for a third season. The network also announced a slew of other renewals, but the show's lead-in, Two and a Half Men has not yet been confirmed to return. CBS has only stated that discussions are ongoing regarding future seasons of the show.
Mike & Molly has fared well following Two and a Half Men on Monday nights for the previous two seasons. The show manages to hold a good portion of its lead-in's audience on a regular basis, which has kept CBS competitive in the 9:00-10:00pm time slot.

I've loved the show from day 1. I bought season 1 in bluray and am waiting for season 2 any day now. Love the characters, all of them are number one with me. Great writers. Love it, love it, love it, don't ever take if off the air. I think it will become one of the classics. My favorite sitcom for sure. And did I say I love it?

Glad this show is coming back, tape it every Monday, along with 2 broke girls so I can watch after I get home from badminton. Love all the characters.

I am so glad Mike and Molly is coming back. I love everything about this program. All of the characters are perfect! It's my only laugh out loud show. Thanks CBS!

Mike & Molly is so funny I've enjoyed every episode for season 1 to now the characters never fail at being hilarious and heartwarming. Can't wait for season 3 to premiere.
