The Chuck Lorre comedy will continue in 2022-2023.
January 24, 2022
CBS announced today that Bob Hearts Abishola has been picked up for a fourth season. The good news comes midway through the show's Season 3 run, which has continued to rank as one of broadcast TV's most-watched comedies.
From creator Chuck Lorre, the half-hour series follows a middle-aged man from Detroit who, after a heart attack lands him in the hospital, unexpectedly falls for his cardiac nurse, who is a Nigerian immigrant.
Look for Season 4 of Bob Hearts Abishola this fall as part of the 2022-2023 season.

Sorry Huh? I guess I'm stupid.
I love this show. It has lost something since season 1.
I'm only interested in an Olu / Tunde spin-off if this show has run its course. They make this show!
Huh?

You people are nuts. This is a horrible serial drama (it's NOT a comedy). Bob has no backbone and everyone abused and walked over every episode by Abishola.. she's a tyrant. It's unfunny, characters are flat, one-dimensional, and predictable. This... is TV for the stupid.

This is a well-deserved renewal. I don't know how Lorre manages to find these little-known of parts American society with his sitcoms but this is another one in a long line of successes.

The best of the current Chuck Lorre comedies. Would love to watch a Tunde and Olu spin-off.

I am still loving this show and I'm happy to see it renewed. I really did not expect it to do well but so far so good (for me anyway!)
