A medical drama following a chaotic emergency room in Los Angeles.
Inspired by an award-winning documentary, this medical drama takes place in the busiest emergency room in the country, where Code Black situations - when there are more patients than personnel or resources to treat them all - occur an alarming 300 days a year.
The outstanding staff of this notoriously overcrowded and understaffed ER work to protect their patients and their ideals by confronting a challenged system that pushes them to their limits.

The networks screw around with scheduling and threatened cancellations so you never know if the show is dead or alive and when it's airing. Then they complain of low ratings. This show is great and I can't believe they are cancelling it. There is so much garbage on the air and every time a good show comes along they cancel it...No wonder everyone is watching British and Canadian TV!

Well, I just found out CBS canceled Code Black. Another one of my favorite shows bites the dust! I know...lets put another CRAPPY reality show in its place. I'm not watching any new shows on ABC-CBS-NBC-TNT or USA. Why bother!

Not sure what I think of this new season. This male intern rhata filming stuff in the E.R. is an idiot. Hopefully he's gone soon, because it's frustrating to watch!!!
