A drama based on the novels by Joe R. Lansdale.
Hap Collins is an East Texas boy in the late 1980s with a weakness for Southern women. His best friend Leonard Pine is a gay Vietnam veteran with a quick temper. When Hap's ex-wife shows up with a get-rich-quick scheme, the too-good-to-be-true deal unravels into bloody mayhem.

Cannot believe this was cancelled!! This was so great. Actors, Writers...everything about Hap & Leonard was superb. Hope it is picked up by another, smarter Network!

"Hap & Leonard" was an awesome show. It was one of the best shows on tv. I am so disappointed Sundance cancelled it. Maybe another network will pick it up.

This one of the better show TV, please think about this cancellation it is GREAT. Let Hulu or Netflix take it over.

This is one of the most creative shows out there, and the actors are superb. I have high hopes this gets renewed for a third season - and many more after that.
