CBS has reportedly renewed police drama Blue Bloods for a third season. The sophomore series has been performing solidly on Friday nights, regularly winning its 10:00pm time slot.
The show is currently nearing the end of its second season, which is set to wrap up in May. No details on Season 3 have been revealed, but it will likely debut later this year when the Fall season starts in September.

Blue Bloods is the best show on television. The entire cast is excellent. Would really love to see Jackie return as Danny's partner. Please!!!! I hope this show is on for a long time. Tom Selleck is the MAN!!!!!

Donny Wahlberg makes the "Blue Bloods" show. He's excellent. All the cast is great, though. They all "click"...perfect chemisty. Selleck is a "pro" and so natural for the part. PLEASE, don't cancel this best cop show on TV! When they are all around the table eating Sunday dinner, they seem like a real American family...the type of family I grew up in!

so glad to hear that Blue Bloods is returning for its 3rd season. I like the family setting that is the core of the program. They do need to give Danny's wife credit at the beginning of the show. She is an integral part of the series. Of course, love Tom Selleck.....

Donny Wahlberg deserves an Emmy for his portrayal of Danny Reagan...while the writing didn't live up to the cast in season one, season two was a huge improvement....easily one of the top five shows on television

Blue bloods is the best cop show ever! It is also family friendly. The entire cast is great I hope Iit will be on for many more seasons.

i think that the show is one of the best since hill street blue. keep them coming..
