Netflix announced today that it has revived Longmire, ordering a fourth season of the crime drama. It has been less than three months since the show's original network, A&E, cancelled the series, resulting in an outcry from its devoted fanbase.
Season 4 of Longmire will consist of 10 new episodes set to premiere in 2015 in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The story will pick up moments after the events of the Season 3 finale, which should be welcome news to fans left hanging after A&E dropped the show.

When this show was cancelled, myself and others in my family about lost our minds. Its a great show, phenomenally acted, and to top it off, it ended on one hell of a cliffhanger. Cheers to you Netflix for knowing when to revive a show like this.

I'm happy that this show will live on. I really enjoyed it. It just sucks that Internet is not available where I live. Hopefully they will sell it on DVD at least.

Temper temper seems the majority of us are happy but what is up with? this person will not use his or her name but does not like this show. It is ok not to like it to each his own but to be so negative and angry when it is obvious most people are happy about it is crazy. Just saying

Great news! There's so many great shows its hard to save them all but longmire deserved a final season. To those who don't have netflix, I highly recommend getting it but I wouldn't worry to much, netflix is in the business of making money and will make it available for purchase.
