'Fear The Walking Dead' Renewed For Season 3

The horror spin-off will return in 2017.

AMC announced today that Fear the Walking Dead has been renewed for a third season. The pickup comes less than a week after the show's sophomore season premiere, which drew solid viewership on par with its Season 1 finale. The early renewal is not out of character for the show, as it was initially renewed for a second season months in advance of its series premiere.

The network has ordered 16 episodes for Season 3 of Fear the Walking Dead, which is a slight increase over the 15 ordered for Season 2. Look for a premiere in 2017.

Sexier zombies, a cultural rainbow cast, evil white men, wimpy guys led by strong women, boring actors following a boring plot... all you would ever expect from a zombie show made by social justice warriors!

Not surprised it's being renewed. Didn't exopect it to be TWD. Kinda surprised at how quickly however it's becoming TWD West. Actually was hoping the full on zombie apocalypse would take longer and we'd see / learn more details of what happened. We moved quickly from one zombie and millions of people to A handful of people in a sea zombies (pun intended). Even the tongue-in-cheek I-ZOMBIE has kept the apocalypse at bay while the zobie problem is dealt with.

i enjoyed this show... but after last nights episode... i LOVE this show. the mutiny angle etc. is getting great. i love how.. even if its not on purpose... you hate the characters you are supposed to like and you love the characters you'd normally dislike.. strand and the drug addict.

Fear the Dogpaddling Dead shouldn't be renewed until the writers get a clue. Ugh, the last episode was BORRRR-ing!
