CBS announced today that Survivor is coming back for Season 45 during the 2023-2024 broadcast season. The early pickup comes the week before the veteran reality competition returns for its 44th season, and further extends its record-setting run as the longest-running reality show on broadcast network television.
On the air since the year 2000 with over 630 total episodes, the series is showing no signs of losing steam, as it remains a reliable performer for the network. CBS has claimed Survivor is also its most-streamed reality series on Paramount+.
Season 44 of Survivor premieres on Wednesday, March 1. Look for Season 45 this fall.

I like Survivor. I would love Survivor @ the 7-11. After that try Outwit, Outplay, Outlast at The Hilton?

SOME people can hate all they want but MOST people will still keep on watching Survivor and The Amazing Race. It's a pleasure to see how these shows change and adapt just how society changes and adapts. If they did stick to their old formula they wouldn't last 45 seasons. Calling a show "woke" when all it does it make necessary changes that appreciate culture, age, and race is shallow. If you are no longer a fan of the show, then don't watch. No one will miss you.

I completely agree Carlos! I've seen every season and I'll keep watching the new ones. I don't care if it's woke at this point, what shows aren't nowadays. I'm still here for the drama lol

OMG stop crying people! After 20 years, I still love this show and I´m excited to see it´s renewal. If you do not like it just stop whining, don´t watch it and move on!

I used to love this show for the strategies it forced the players to use to win. As each season learned from the previous ones, it became even more complex and compelling. There were tribal councils that were more suspenseful and surprising than any drama show.
But lately it just seems to be going through the same old routine. Where are the legendary players? I can't remember any players from the last season, much less new legends the stature of Boston Rob.
And I wish they would go someplace else besides Fuji, but I understand they couldn't shoot their seasons back to back if they moved around.

The problem with this show is simple. Whoever wins would not be able to survive in a 7-11. Also, they edit the shit out of this show. It used to be that you could watch and try to figure out what is going on. Worst part is that I will still watch and get sucked in only to feel mad when someone wins that does not deserve to win.

I agree it is garbage and needs to end, i turned 23 im (2001) i am gonna be 45 this year that is over half my lif damn near much like the simpsons has meeded to be cancelled for years. I was 11 years old when it came out.

Let's be honest, Survivor ran its course 30 seasons ago. It's stale and boring and has allowed real world politics to just drench the whole production. The sooner it's gone, the sooner TV will be just a little better.
