A drama following a multi-generational family of New York City cops.
Frank Reagan is the Police Commissioner of New York and head of the Reagan clan. He tries to run his department in the same diplomatic manner he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics that plagued his father during his stint as Chief.
Frank's eldest son Danny is a seasoned detective and family man who, at times, uses dubious tactics to investigate his cases. The sole female in the family is Erin, an Assistant District Attorney and newly single mother, who also serves as the legal compass for her siblings and father.

Blue Bloods is one of my favorite shows to watch. Great cast. Why was it not on tonight. We need more family shows like this that show conservative values, and christianity intertwined. I hope it wasn;t cancelled.

I love Blue Bloods. My love affair started with the always wise Tom Selleck, but after watching every show I think Donny Wallberg deserves at least one Emmy. Will Estes and Bridget Monyhan are great also. I love they way it portrays family unity. Well done CBS. This show should continue for people who like to think.

Please do not cancel what I think is the best show on CBS. The show is brilliant as well as the cast.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn in the 30s and 40s I am sorry to say I don't live there anymore but this show makes me feel so at home that I think I am back home, please don't take it off

This is the best show on TV. It's well-written, well-acted and intelligent. Finally, a show that isn't all sex and gore.

One of the best tv that I have watched in a long time. Well acted that has drama,family values and some laughs thrown in to make it an all around TV show to watch

The best evening show on TV, My family we never miss a show. We also record the show on our DVR if we are out of town. I hope this show stay on for a long run. Love Blue Bloods..
