A drama following a multi-generational family of New York City cops.
Frank Reagan is the Police Commissioner of New York and head of the Reagan clan. He tries to run his department in the same diplomatic manner he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics that plagued his father during his stint as Chief.
Frank's eldest son Danny is a seasoned detective and family man who, at times, uses dubious tactics to investigate his cases. The sole female in the family is Erin, an Assistant District Attorney and newly single mother, who also serves as the legal compass for her siblings and father.

Please don't have Blue Bloods cancelled. This is the best show at this time. It feels like your part of the family, they have their ups & downs but always have each others back. The 4 generation family have dinner is probably the best part of the show. It tells us family;s can still get along in this day & age.

Scandal - FAST TALKING thumbs down, but keeps me interested
Revenge - Nighttime soap - but cool characters, concept
White Collar - Sexy FBI agent, very sexy Neal (why oh why - oh you know)

My husband and I are in our early fifties and our daughter is 16. We would be greatly disappointed if this show was cancelled. It's great that we all love the same show and enjoy watching it together. My mother who is 79 was the one who introduced us to the show! While we do love Tom Selleck, the entire cast is outstanding! We do miss Danny's first partner, though. Please keep this show on the air!

BLUE BLOODS! Get better and better all the time! I just watched the episode "To Protect and Serve" in which Erin gets short in a courtroom scene. I waited and waited to find out HOW that phrase "Please don't hurt my family," played into the situation, and how it ended up saving Erin, and getting the perp shot! What a fantastic ending,,,,at the family dinner table,,,,and it all gets explained! I love these characters! KEEP BLUE BLOODS ON AIR FOR ANOTHER 6 seasons AT LEAST! :o)

Best police show I can remember. As an ex-cop I generally don't like cop shows BUT NOT THIS ONE. It is oustanding

Blue Bloods is one of my favourite shows on TV. I love the family dinners and the fact that four generations seem to be able to get along most of the time. It would be an absolute shame if this show was ever cancelled. With all the stupid reality shows on TV, it is nice to be entertained in such a pleasant way with Blue Bloods.

We really enjoy this show a lot and we look forward to the new fall season. There are a lot of good values in this show that can help families in real life. Good family show and I hope it will continue to have many more seasons.

I am glad to see will be next fall. I have watch this show ever since it has been on the air. Its a very good show.
