A crime drama based on the series of mystery novels of the same name.
Walt Longmire is the Sheriff of Absaroka County, Wyoming. After the death of his wife, he returns to work to investigate a string of serious crimes in his jurisdiction while preparing to run for re-election against a young deputy who wants his job.

With ALL THE CRAP that is on TV, tell me why Longmire gets cancelled? The TV isn't just for the young people. I wonder why I have cable if I can't get my shows I like. I demand an answer to this and I refuse to pay more than just my Direct TV bill to get the shows. Netflix is just another way to get more money out of people when we can't hardly afford what we have. Greed is a terrible thing!

What a mistake! One of the best shows on TV! Obviously A&E people were not watching it at all! Good job Netflix picked it up and ordered a fourth season. Shame on you, A&E, but then again, we don't think you care!

Shame, shame on you A&E. Don't know who makes these decisions but they must be out in left field. End of third season and you leave us hanging. How could you. I hope a network with taste picks this up. I will not be watching A&E ever.

How could you cancel Longmire? I just started watching and immediately became captured. Just saw final show and you are leaving us hanging. Shame on you A&E. I hope that Netflix picks this up.

This was the only show we watched on this station. According to A&E we are too old for them and we think we are too intelligent for what they offer as entertainment with Longmire no longer available. Too bad.

You idiots at A&E cancel Longmire and keep a stupid show
like Duck Dynasty.A show about a bunch of long haired bearded morons,probably who have NEVER been in the woods in their entire life.Not to mention their sorry a** so-called accent.
I'm not sure who is worse,these stupid "actors" in the show
or the dumb a** stupid idiots who watch the show.
You would have to have the IQ of minus 10 to watch it.

Of course it will be canceled Why keep a good show with excellent actors and great story lines when we can watch some idiots on a reality show act stupid and brainless.

A&E means Arts and Entertainment. Or at least it did. Then they cancel Longmire. Great storylines, real characters, amazing actors. The jewel of their schedule. They need to rename the network. Nothing in their current programming reflects the Arts.
