BoJack Horseman is a washed up 90's sitcom star who has become bitter in the years since his show ended. Hoping to get out of his funk, BoJack plans on making a comeback with a tell-all biography.

Joining him on this journey are his on-again, off-again girlfriend Princess Carolyn, his freeloading roommate Todd, his ghostwriter Diane, and his former sitcom rival Mr. Peanutbutter.
