Love this show....Great casting, they bring the characters to life! One of my favorite shows. So sick of the reality shows and so called comedy series. Finally, a show with a decent plot and very entertaining to watch!

I am fed up with the current rating system that does not cover soooooo many of the shows I like. Need to find another way for you to do it. Have a poll of your own on each show the day after it airs and use it instead of the outdated pole that neglects so many of us. And yes I like the show . MKL

Trying hard to like this show... Not easy ! I'll post another comment once it's cancelled .

This series was made with the cooperation of the US Navy. That means it's censored to not go against 'the agenda'. So don't expect to see any gay sea men or corrupt politicians in this one. Regardless, I liked episodes 1 and 2 enough to keep me watching for now. But I still expect that The Last Ship will soon sink. I hope I am wrong.

Good lord- are you people for real? One of the few shows on TV that actually has a plot, strong storyline and actors and a story that is very real. Reading that it "should be a comedy" "it is missing something and so on is exactly moronic shows like "how I met your mother " and others have lasted so fricken long.
Sadly it's the 18-24 year old generation that is killing this country. People truly need to grow up and see life as it really is or more then just TV will go to hell.

Has the feel of a film, but something lacking here dispite the costs. I hope it turns into a winner.
