CBS announced today that long-running series Criminal Minds has been renewed for a ninth season. The top-rated Wednesday night drama will return with new episodes for the 2013-2014 season.
UPDATE: Season 9 of Criminal Minds premieres on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 9:00pm.

Were the super powers at CBS actually considering NOT renewing Criminal Minds, the best show on TV? The cast is brilliant and works like a well oiled machine. They are like family that I really look forward to seeing! C'mon CBS, keep the standards up high for quality programming with shows like Criminal Minds (and cast)

Just a little while longer and one of the BEST crime dramas will return. I look forward to watching the cast members having a life in the midst of all the craziness of the crimes. One question, is Derek ever going to have a REAL girlfriend, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Love absolutely criminal minds greatest show ever. yes I do know what you mean i really like Prentiss padget Brewster but I growing to love Blake more and more... love Spencer Reid more though they should make him have another girl friend someone that lives this time lol :) love criminal minds

LOVE this show!!, such a great cast!, I like Blake, but I wish they would bring back Prentiss (Padget Brewster)!!, Hope there is a season 10, 11, 12 ect....LOL
