No Season 5 for the action drama reboot.

Word is out that Magnum P.I. has been cancelled by CBS after four seasons. The sad news comes less than a week after the action drama wrapped its now-final run.
The updated take on the '80s classic series premiered in 2018 and was a decent performer for the network on Friday nights. The show aired a total of 76 episodes.
Magnum P.I. follows security consultant Thomas Magnum, who works as a private investigator in Hawaii making a name for himself by taking cases nobody else will. Along with help from a team of fellow vets, Magnum utilizes his military skills to make a name for himself while on all sorts of sun-drenched adventures.

This is so sad, such a great show. Love the characters, always fun and entertaining. I love Higgins and Magnum, and am so glad they kissed and got together in the end. That is something I wish Macgyver would have done with Angus and Riley. I really hate when shows end on a cliffhanger and then get canceled. Thank you to the cast and crew, and thanks for the beautiful sun enhanced kiss from Miggins.

aww man that sucks! I'm a few episodes behind, but really grew to love this show, especially after Hawaii Five-O ended!

I can’t believe you canceled Magnum PI. That went well with Blue Bloods on Friday night. Just like you canceled Hawaii Five-0. That was another good show. I don’t think CBS knows what they’re doing.

I'm sorta used to shows that I like being canceled. But this one hurts. I loved the original, loved this one. Bad decision, CBS!

As a fan of both generations of Magnum PI . Old Magnum never kissed Higgins . New Magnum need not kiss Higgins . More kick butt and less cuddling . It's an action show . Great cast, story lines and visuals . Sell to another Network .

after Higgins and Magnum finally kissed!! ugh.. what a dumb choice.. but I'm sure some reality show will be taking it's place..
