No Season 5 for the action drama reboot.

Word is out that Magnum P.I. has been cancelled by CBS after four seasons. The sad news comes less than a week after the action drama wrapped its now-final run.
The updated take on the '80s classic series premiered in 2018 and was a decent performer for the network on Friday nights. The show aired a total of 76 episodes.
Magnum P.I. follows security consultant Thomas Magnum, who works as a private investigator in Hawaii making a name for himself by taking cases nobody else will. Along with help from a team of fellow vets, Magnum utilizes his military skills to make a name for himself while on all sorts of sun-drenched adventures.

Really? Wtf? Finally got them together and had other Storylines going besides just the cases… Trying to bring a few new drama series on instead of just continuing with the ones that are working. Bad choice

Although I haven't watched the original MPI or MacGyver, I really liked these reboots. I belive Jay H was the better lead, but MacGyver had a better cast!!! I think the main reason for these reboots was updated technology allowed for more interesting plots (mainly computer related). I hope Jay and Perdita can find another series soon.

ANOTHER mistake by CBS...cancel the good shows and put more crap on...now I know what the 'BS'stands for...hope another network picks it up...too good to lose

Sad, sad day. I’m surprised it didn’t get axed the same season as H5-O. I loved this show and now we won’t ever see Higgins and Magnum find their love.

The whole Higgins/Magnum romance always felt weird to me. The cases should've been the focus of the show, and that didn't really happen. It's okay to have relationship storylines, but those took over the show and made it a boring watch. I personally don't watch a P.I. show for romance between the leads. This ain't the Thin Man series.
