The veteran reality series will return next summer.
September 25, 2022
CBS has picked up Big Brother for a 25th season. The good news was announced by host Julie Chen Moonves following tonight's finale, which crowned the reality show's first ever female African American winner.
On the air for over two decades, the veteran series continues to be one of TV's top-rated reality shows. Airing three nights a week, its episodes consistently draw solid viewership against its prime time competition.
In each season of Big Brother, a group of people move into a house together under the watchful eye of dozens of cameras that record their every move 24 hours a day. Each week one houseguest is voted out of the house until just one remains, receiving a $750,000 grand prize.
Look for Season 25 of Big Brother in the summer of 2023, with Julie Chen Moonves once again returning as host.

If I notice this next season has a hand full of black people, I will not watch. No, I'm not a racist, I just know they will make it all about race and demonize white people.

Last season I will ever watch. They love to demonize white males.

If you are paying for the "feeds" associated with this show.. you are one truly pathetic individual who REALLY needs to get a life.

I know Amy loves the show the way it is now and she's proud of being so woke, but Aaron absolutely nailed what's wrong with the show.

Like others, I've been very disappointed in the way the show has been going lately. It's way too much about race and feels so one sided. The Cookout and now Taylor can openly say they want to have a black winner, yet Kyle even suggests that another black alliance could be forming and they look at him like he's the most disgusting person in the world for even suggesting it.
And I actually liked Taylor at the beginning. But throughout the season I grew to dislike her attitude and the way she played the game. Then in her finale speech she basically says she should win so that a black female can win the game. Not that she was actually the best player.
And Monte takes Taylor to the end?!? I swear he just did it because he thought it would look bad if he evicted a black female and took away her chance to win. He could have actually won if he took Turner, yet he hands the game to Taylor. I can't believe he would be stupid enough to think he had a chance against her.

Stopped watching this after a couple of episodes last season. It's all being run my the producers, the diary room tells them what to do. It's not a fun show like it was for so many years. I didn't even turn it on once this year. In the past I'd never miss an episode or an "after show" on Showtime or Pop tv. Lost interest in Survivor too for a few years now.

This show is over for me. I think NOPE hit the nail on the head. This is woke nonsense. It is nothing like the game I use to watch. I do not watch TV shows for this bull. This was a great escape and fun to watch. Now production runs the show to work for what they want. This race bull is crazy this is 2022 not 1922. Anyone no matter what color can do anything here in this country. People who believe they are victims will always be victims and never be happy. It is a shame the way this show turned around the last few seasons. Nobody I know will watch it anymore so Why is it still on and coming back? Playing a game based on race is wrong and sick. Good bye BB can not wait for the day you are dropped.

I like all the different points of view. I dig Amy's passion and agree with a lot of what she says. Kyle was not a racist. He was just young and dumb to say what he said out loud. Michael and Britney held Kyle's comments in their back pockets for 2 weeks, until it suited their game. They should be ashamed, because they used Kyle's remarks for their benefit. NOT to expose racism. P.S. I was rooting for Turner. I think Monte beats Turner 5-4 or 7-2. He would have received votes from Taylor, Jasmine, Joseph, Kyle, and probably Michael, Britney, and Indy. At worst case, he loses 5-4. Anyway, interesting comments from all. THANKS !!!
