The veteran comedy extends its run.

CBS announced today that The Neighborhood has been renewed for a seventh season. Coming midway through a shortened Season 6 due to the writers strike, the news ensures the comedy will be back for the 2024-2025 television season.
Since premiering in 2018, the show has become one of broadcast TV's most-watched comedies. It reached the 100-episode milestone last spring. Going into next season, it will be one of only two returning original comedies on CBS.
The Neighborhood follows a friendly Midwest family who has moved into a tough Los Angeles neighborhood, but not all of its residents appreciate their neighborly ways. Their neighbor Calvin, played by Cedric the Entertainer, is particularly caught off-guard, worrying that his new neighbors will disrupt the culture on the block.
Look for Season 7 of The Neighborhood this fall.

I agree with lynne love the cast but Grover is annoying and a bad actor. Happy the show will be back.

Meh. I've watched a few episodes and tried to get into it, but it is just too divorced from reality. It's like I'm watching something from the '70s.

Love the show! Almost the entire cast is fantastic. If Grover could be sent off to boarding school somewhere far away, I'd be thrilled.

Consistently funny. Great way to kill 30 minutes each week. One of the best comedies on tv.
