A comedy following kids growing up in a dysfunctional 1980s family.
The Goldbergs are a typical loving family back in a simpler time known as the '80s, with just a tad more dysfunction.
Beverly is a classic overprotective mother who rules her household with full authority. Her husband Murray is rough around the edges and hot-tempered. Together they have three kids: Erica, Barry, and Adam - who are a handful to say the least.

I can not believe this show was given a full season. ABC Is really scraping the bottom of the barrel with this incredibly dumb show. Cancel it now ABC and give us something new that is actually funny.

I love the Goldbergs! Especially Beverly Goldberg, she is my sister with her son. I look forward to it every week. Please keep this show!

It's important to remember that some people can't handle a bleeped cuss word or a kid talking back to their parents.
Why they don't just stick to TVland and NickAtNight, I don't know, but they show up to trash any family centered show that doesn't appeal to their Father Knows Best preferences.

This show is based on the real life events of the very talented Adam F. Goldberg. I wish I had any entertaining events to have filmed in my own childhood, but then we didn't have a video camera. I find this show awesome all the way around, from the characters to the dynamic, it's a win all around.
