A drama following a middle aged man who pursues his dream of becoming an LAPD officer.
John Nolan is a middle aged man from a small town. After a life-changing incident, he decides to pursue his dream of being an officer for the Los Angeles Police Department.
But as the force's oldest rookie, he faces skepticism from some senior officers who simply see him as a walking midlife crisis. John will need to keep up with not only the criminals, but the younger cops in the precinct.
If he can make use of his own life experiences while remaining determined, he just might become a success in this new chapter of his life.

We happen to really like this show and hope that it is renewed. It is a different perspective on police show.We like Nathan in anything.

Of the new showing this is one of the best, but then again the bar was no set very high with some of the trash the networks are putting out (think Murphy Brown, what a waste of a time slot). They are losing viewership so they are bringing in less ad revenue so they can't afford to buy the well written and acted series, they leave that to HBO and Netflix. So we are left with this, could get better but at least it is in the upper half of all the new shows

I watched Nathan Fillion on castle and loved that show. Love this new show and hope it stays on. I look forward to it each and every week.

Very disgusting show, a police officer acting this way would be fired before he even think of it. Listened to the first 15 minutes and flushed it.

After Fillion stood back and let the studio trash Stana Katic, kick her off the show then bad mouth her in the press. Nathan Fillion is dead to me. Nathan, you claim to love and live by your Firefly character, but "Mal" would never abandon a member of his crew like he did Stana on "Castle" ... I wont be watching.
