Season 25 of 'Big Brother' premieres on Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 8:00pm.
A reality show where strangers live together in one house and are filmed 24/7 as they compete to win a grand prize.
In Big Brother, a group of strangers, known as House Guests, are sequestered in the "Big Brother" house. Within these walls they are isolated from the outside world, but also constantly under surveillance by a house full of cameras.
The House Guests are all competing for the chance to win a $500,000 grand prize by avoiding weekly eviction, until the last House Guest remains at the end of the season.

In addition to my previous note, I would rather watch a revival of "Press Your Luck" then "Big Brother". It's better to see someone get Whammied than evicted.

This is one of CBS's many downfalls, keeping this garbage on tv along with survivor. People can't stand the Kardashian's but these shows are no different.

Why is this show still on the air? C'mon CBS, bring on "Celebrity 'Price is Right'" and "Celebrity 'Let's Make A Deal'".

I'm so excited that Big Brother is back on the air. If there could be one change.... remove Julie and put Jeff on in her place. Reality at it's finest. Wish the turn around was like Survivor.

this is my favorite reality show and i have not missed a season. last season bbad was not that great but at least FRANKIE WAS NOT ON THIS PAST SEASON. I WISH BIG BROTHER WAS ON TWICE A YEAR AND JULIE CHEN IS A GREAT HOST. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO BB18 THIS SUMMER. THE SHOW NEEDS TO ADD MORE BLACK PEOPLE TOMAKE IT FAIR. I AM GLAD BBAD IS ON POP AND NOT SHOWTIME. ANOTHER 100 DAYS OF BIGBROTHER IS GREAT FOR ME NEXT TO THE GREAT NFL.

This season is the worst of the worst. I'm sick of everyone in bed with each other. The cast of players is annoying to say the least and very stupid. I have never seen the game played more poorly.

I feel like the producers are grasping at straws... forcing stuff... and when I feel that way I can no longer believe on any level that it's not totally fixed. that's when I say LAME!! But Boggie and Doc were hilarious.. I'll give it that. RING! RING!!

I know the hostess is married to the CBS Network President, so it will probably mean the show won't be cancelled for a while. However, the executives could still consider forgoing continuation of this show and bulk up Survivor if it must satisfy it's obsession for reality television offerings while bringing back a cancelled sitcom in place of this one. Rules Of Engagement would be a great choice considering the fact that it ended with a birth in the plot mix. Cannot understand why a show's writers would conclude the series on such a joyous high note. A birth offers so much fictional plot line potential that would be more positive than this show's reality negativity as described by other comments left in this forum thread.
