The long-running drama is picked up for two more seasons.
February 29, 2016
CBS announced today that NCIS has been renewed for two additional seasons. The pickup will see the veteran crime procedural on the air through at least Season 15 in 2017-2018. Also announced was a new 2-year overall deal for star and executive producer Mark Harmon.
NCIS continues to be a flagship series for the network and ranks as the most-watched drama on network television. The show will hit the 300-episode milestone in March and is preparing to say goodbye to co-star Michael Weatherly, who will be exiting at the end of this season.

This show is too pro-america for me. They don't spend every five minutes make fun of freedom. I also have trouble with and get angry at the lack of a laugh track. More pro-foreign spy stories or please cancel it.

I do not really care if Pauley is using a different skin care product. That is her choice, she is the one to say what goes on her skin. CBS should suck it if they do not like it. People will still watch and see there ads.

I have to admit, I'm kinda hoping that Bull doesn't work out so maybe DiNozzo can come back. At least when he left it was in a way that it'd be possible for him to either come back or at least visit once in awhile or something. He was so cool and the comic relief while also being a very good agent at the same time. It seems the personal dynamics have dropped off since he left and it's been just one investigation after another now. Especially with the 2 new agents without much personality. Get rid of them and get DiNozzo back and bring the show back to life!

Great Show. I have watched every episode and most of them with my teenage daughter. She is a Gibb's fan.

I guess I may be the only person who didn't care for Ziva. Maybe I mostly didn't like her because of her psycho brother who killed my favorite character, Kate. I saw better chemistry between Anthony and Kate. Ziva and Anthony's tryst or non-tryst (still a mystery)seemed too forced prior to her departure. They were portrayed more as bickering siblings than lovers. I really like Jeanne. She's got my vote though I didn't like her flirting with Derek on Grey's Anatomy. Anywho, hope the storylines continue to be good despite Anthony leaving.

yeah they definitely have to find the right fit, they did get pretty lucky when the replaced Kate with Ziva and I like Ellie so they are lucky so far in the people they had to replace.
But this one will be harder, because he's been there the entire time, when they got a new Director I kinda liked Jenny better, although Vance is fine. But that role is just not as important... I mean you can't replace Very Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, so hopefully they find someone we don't hate lol

This will be my last season watching NCIS. Ziva leaving really hurt the show. Bishop was not a good replacement. Now Tony is leaving. There is no more reason for me to watch.

@aly when the wrote out ziva david i thouhgt the same thing but losing Michael Weatherly will be sad. This show will be like the long running law and orders just need to find the right fit. I bet they will pur him and ziva together at end of show. He will run off to find her at very least. I am excited to see who they bring in to replace him
